Finally got the website up and running, and the online store is ALMOST ready for business! So, what better blog post than the subject of stress relieving herbs?!

There are so many herbs that can help with stress relief! I think one of the most amazing things about the properties of herbs is how you can pick and choose which herb combo you want based on your specific situation. They aren’t one size fits all!
