Many children experience digestive discomfort, from gas and bloating to picky eating or tummy aches. In this workshop, you’ll learn which herbs are safe and effective for supporting healthy digestion in babies and children, plus how to use them in teas, glycerites, and other gentle preparations.
Hands-On Activity:
Make your own digestive glycerite! You’ll get a half-pint jar of pre-measured digestive herbs and glycerin to assemble at the workshop, plus an empty 2 oz dropper bottle to bottle your glycerite after a month of infusion. This gives you a long-lasting, practical remedy for your child’s digestive support.
Parents and caregivers will leave with confidence, knowledge, and a personalized herbal product ready to use once infused.
Workshop will take place in person at The Apothecary in Hayden, ID. More details will be provided the week prior to the workshop so make sure your email address is correct!
